Boomer's Sportsbook is Nevada's newest independent operator, launched August 1, 2025 by former William Hill US CEO Joe Asher and named after his dog. The book positions itself explicitly against the Strip-anchored chains with a value-first pricing model; most notably a reduced-juice -105 NFL price versus the industry-standard -110. In its first year the operation grew to 15 retail locations plus 18 deposit kiosks across the state, with two more downtown Las Vegas books at Four Queens and Binion's planned for September 1, 2026 pending Nevada Gaming Control Board approval.
